40 mm Blue slate is a good alternative to your ordinary gravels and stone chippings. Our 40mm blue slate lends itself perfectly to pathways, driveways and water features. Its flat shape makes it lovely to walk on unlike some decorative stones which can roll under your feet when your walking. Its uniform flat look gives it a more contemporary stylish look compared to a rounded gravel. It has a fairly uniform tone but you could see a few flecks of green throughout the stone.
A full bulk bag will cover approximately 10-12m² at a depth of 50mm.
A half bulk bag will cover approximately 5-6m² at a depth of 50mm.
You’ll need approximately three 25kg mini bags to cover 1m² at a depth of 50mm
